The Farmer's Last Word - A new cocktail at QuiessenceFarmhouse Cocktail Menu -- Inspired by our recent trip to NYC, we've been quietly perfecting our own inimitable brand of big city cocktail culture right here on our humble farm in Arizona. Tapping into the creativity of top mixologist, Bill DeGroot, we proudly offer up a luscious mix of classic-era and new farmhouse cocktails such as Fresh Basil Gimlet, Blackberry Bramble, Peach Old Fashioned and The Farmer's Last Word.

New Farmhouse Sodas -- Taking advantage of our daily harvest from local farmers, DeGroot has also pioneered daily farmhouse sodas, muddling ripe fruit and herbs into a fizzy, dizzyingly good non-alcoholic beverage.

Each Month: 1/2 Price Cocktail Social Hour -- Although the new cocktail list is available every day, the real fun takes place the last Thursday of every month when cocktail aficionados gather on the restaurant’s back solarium for social hour from 5:30-6:30 pm. It’s an opportunity to sip premium cocktails in elegant barware while engaging in the sort of geek-speak that only the cocktail cognoscenti understand. But don’t worry. There’ll be no swizzle stick snobbery here—just like-minded people putting LaPrad’s farm-fresh philosophy to the cocktail taste test. Enjoy an hour of ½-price cocktails and chat, but we'd also love for you to stay for dinner. It's a great way to meet new friends over a round of farmhouse drinks.
