Sous Chef Anthony “Rocco” Andiario brings his passion
for Italian cuisine to Quiessence. Anthony grew up in Pennsylvania
where his parents inspired his love for food. After graduating
from Penn State with a bachelor’s degree in graphic design,
he traveled to Italy where food inspired him to change careers.
He graduated from Arizona Culinary Institute while working
at Michael’s at the Citadel in Scottsdale, which is where
he met Chef Greg LaPrad. Anthony and Greg share a passion
for traditional techniques and premium local ingredients
that drive Quiessence.
